 Join us for our 2nd official “Murph Challenge” here at The Print Shop. We are curating an “Murph Challenge” for all ages, stages, and fitness levels. We'll have custom shirts and finisher pint glasses for those who register before the end of this week! 

 What is “The Murph?” The Murph Challenge is the annual fundraiser in memory of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy who died in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. Known as a Hero WOD (WOD = workout of the day), Murph was first posted on August 18, 2005, and is completed every year on Memorial Day by CrossFitters, Navy SEALs and people like YOU! What is the “WOD?”

 - 1 mile run

 - 100 pull ups

 - 200 push ups

 - 300 squats 

 - 1 mile run 

 What to look forward to:

 - First & foremost challenging yourself!

 - Custom training sessions leading up to the event 

- Custom commemorative Pint Glasses 

- “Mini Murph” for the kiddos

 - Posting of “Colors” to kick start the event

 - DJ and celebration afterwards! 

- Food Truck & Treats
